Power CS Oy provides solutions for the demanding processes of power plants. We do not manufacture power-plant equipment, but we understand the operational requirements and how each component fits into the whole. We approach every project as a system where control, safety and process integrity are as important as the individual devices.
Our team has experience with many types of power plants and their automation systems. We have delivered solutions for industrial and large power plants, district-heating plants, CHP and biomass plants, as well as nuclear facilities. Our experience covers BFB, CFB and grate boilers, turbine automation, safety automation (SIL2–4) and burner automation. Our work is based on understanding the specific characteristics of each process and their importance to the plant’s performance.

Power CS Oy supports power-plant projects throughout their entire lifecycle. We plan and execute projects according to clear quality requirements and produce project plans that match the customer’s needs. Our work covers the design of automation, electrification and instrumentation, along with the related implementations, all carried out with the technical and operational requirements of the process in mind.
We take part in the design, installation and commissioning phases of plants. We provide operational and installation supervision, support testing and commissioning, and ensure process performance during trial operation. Control design, tuning of control loops and administration of the automation system are part of the services that ensure stable and safe plant operation.
